The Blue Hope Bash brings together supporters, friends and special guests to raise funds and awareness for colorectal cancer prevention and research.

Proceeds will benefit the Chris4Life Colon Cancer Foundation, which is dedicated to finding a cure for colon cancer by funding and facilitating cutting edge research programs across the nation. We are also committed to improving the lives of patients diagnosed with colon cancer by funding and developing programs to support patients and their caregivers.  Another priority is increasing awareness of the life-saving importance of early screening for colon cancer by using innovative strategies.


The Emcee

Andrea Roane - has been with WUSA 9 since 1981, and currently co-anchors WUSA 9 News from 4:25 a.m. to 7:00 am.  Andrea joined WUSA 9 in August of 1981 as the Sunday evening and 6:30 a.m. weekday anchor.
